
3/4 Cup Packed Brown SugarIn a large bowl, beat brown sugar, granulated sugar, butter and shortening until light and fluffy. Beat in vanilla and egg until well blended. In a small bowl combine flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. Gradually beat flour mixture into wet mixture until everything is well blended. Add oats, mix then add butterscotch chips. Spread dough in ungreased 13x9-inch pan. Bake 15-25 minutes in a pre-heated 375 degree oven.
