Roasted Italian Potatoes

6 Medium Russet Potatoes, sliced 1/4-inch thick
1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil
4 Tablespoons Butter, melted
1 Cup Italian Bread Crumbs
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1/2 Teaspoon Black Pepper
Place sliced potatoes in large bowl and pour oil plus melted butter over them and toss until all the potatoes are coated. Next, add bread crumbs, salt, and pepper and toss until all potatoes are coated. Spread evenly over cookie sheet and roast in a pre-heated 375 degree oven for 35-45 minutes.
