
6 Medium Russet Potatoes, sliced 1/4-inch thickPlace sliced potatoes in large bowl and pour oil plus melted butter over them and toss until all the potatoes are coated. Next, add bread crumbs, salt, and pepper and toss until all potatoes are coated. Spread evenly over cookie sheet and roast in a pre-heated 375 degree oven for 35-45 minutes.
