
1/4 cup ground flax seedsCombine all ingredients well, and pour onto a hot griddle. Cook until the edges start to brown, then flip over, and cook the other side. Once cooked, top with sugar-free maple syrup, some berries, and a few walnuts, if desired. Enjoy!
