Low Carb Protein Mocha Frappe

1 teaspoon instant coffee dissolved in 2 Tblsp of water, or a shot of espresso coffee
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
10 oz water
1/2 cup crushed ice
1 Tbsp sugar-free chocolate syrup
1 Tbsp heavy cream
Combine all ingredients in a blender, and blend on high for a few seconds. For extra decadence, top with a bit of whipped cream. Enjoy!
