1 bag of prepared pizza dough (Trader Joe’s is has some really good pre-made dough.)
1 cup of fresh mozzarella (cut into cubes)
1/2 cup of thin pepperoni slices
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tsp oregano
2 tsp basil
1 clove of garlic, minced
1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Prepare pizza dough according to directions. Lightly coat a baking or casserole dish with olive oil. Roll out the pizza dough into a rough 13x9 inch rectangle. With a pizza cutter, cut the dough into 12 squares, 3 slices lengthwise and 4 width-wise. Top each dough square with two slices of pepperoni and a cube of mozzarella. Then sprinkle them with one tsp of the basil.

Seal dough around meat and cheese and place seam side down in pie pan. Combine the olive oil, garlic, oregano, and basil. Brush onto the pizza bites and then sprinkle the Parmesan on them. Bake them at 400°F for 16-20 min. Serve with warm pizza or marinara sauce.
