
12 Roma tomatoes, dicedChop up all of the ingredients and toss them into a big bowl.
1-2 mangoes, diced
2-3 cloves of garlic, minced
1 small bunch of green onions, chopped
1 bunch of cilantro, chopped
1-2 jalapenos, minced
Salt
Pepper
Freshly squeezed lime juice
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Squirt fresh lime juice over the top, to taste, and stir!
Eat up! The salsa will stay fresh for a couple of days in the fridge.
Do everything to your taste! For example, if you don't care for onions, garlic, etc. leave it out or lessen the amount! This is how we like it, but feel free to play with the recipe!
